How we handle your information

BW Consulting ("we") operates this site and the BW Automation service from Thornhill, Ontario, and follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect. When you book a call we collect your name, business name, contact details and what you tell us about your business. Our booking system is self-hosted; booking data is stored on our own server in Canada or the United States as disclosed at the time of booking. This site itself sets no tracking cookies.

Why. To run the call, prepare your Snapshot, and, if you engage us, deliver the audit and package. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Client data during engagements. Every audit and package is covered by a written data-handling addendum: no use of your data to train AI models, processing region disclosed, retention limits, breach notification, and an off switch for every automation. Health-information custodians get PHIPA-aligned design.

Video testimonials. Only with a signed release, reviewed by you before publication, with customer, patient and client information blurred or excluded.
