Is this just ChatGPT?
No. A chatbot answers questions. What we install reads your inbox, books into your booking system, updates your accounting file, and asks a human when it is unsure. It works inside the software you already pay for.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It will sometimes. So nothing customer-facing or financial goes out without a human approval until it earns trust, every automation has an off switch you control, and you can read the logs.
Where does our data go?
No training on your data. We disclose where it is processed, set retention limits, and sign a data-handling addendum before touching anything. Health offices get PHIPA-ready design from day one.
Why is there a paid audit?
Because we look at everything: workflow, IT, network, security, cameras, door system, books, booking, website, licences and contracts. It takes half a day. You keep the report, and it is credited 100% to your package if you go ahead within 60 days.
Why is there only one package?
Half a fix does not hold. The audit tells us what your business actually needs and we price all of it once. Optional add-ons sit below the line so the choices are still yours.
We already have an IT company.
Keep them. We work with them on the foundation fixes; we are the automation layer on top.
