Here's exactly what happens.
No tiers, no surprises, no slide decks. Five stages, in order.
- Stage 1
Before the audit
A 30-minute call. We look at your website, reviews and booking flow, then send a one-page Automation Opportunity Snapshot: the three places we would look first.
- Stage 2
Audit day
We interview the owner, walk the space (doors, cameras, racks, Wi-Fi, phones, signage), shadow the front desk on three real tasks, shadow one producer role, inventory every system and licence, and check the network and security against a checklist built for your industry.
- Stage 3
The report
Within 7 days: a red-amber-green scorecard across twelve domains, a map of where the hours go, the automations we recommend and why, the foundation fixes they depend on, and one fixed price for the whole package.
- Stage 4
The build
Two to eight weeks. Automations wired into your existing software, foundation fixes done, documentation written, staff trained. Every automation ships with a "what it does / what it never does" sheet, an off switch, and readable logs.
- Stage 5
After
30 days of hypercare, then an optional care plan: monitoring, model and API updates, tweaks, a monthly check-in.

Each item is red (fix before automating), amber (fix inside the package) or green. Items that feed the automation decision are flagged so you can see why we recommend what we recommend.
