How we handle your information

BW Consulting ("we") operates this site, the BW Automation service and the client portal from Thornhill, Ontario, and follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect. When you book a call or send a message we collect your name, contact details and what you tell us about the job. Our booking system and portal are self-hosted on our own server. This site sets no tracking cookies.

The client portal. Signing in with Google or Facebook gives us your name and email address only. Documents, notes and credentials in your portal are visible only to your account and to us. Credentials are stored encrypted and decrypted only when you ask to see one.

Why. To run the call, quote the job, deliver it, and support it afterwards. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Remote support. Remote sessions through AnyDesk or RustDesk start only when you accept the connection, and end when you close it.

Your rights. Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (how deletion works): ben.woznica@gmail.com.
